What an amazing fishing trip this was. Vanuatu may have been hit by the recent cyclone Pam, but on the beautiful Island of Espiritu Santo, it’s business as usual.
Day one was a beautiful early morning search for the elusive Blue Marlin and those fiesty Dog Tooth Tuna. We were rewarded with a beautiful Mahi Mahi for the evening dinner table. Some of our gorgeous local dolphins joined in the fray for a little frolic and banter whilst we enjoyed some fresh Mahi Mahi sashimi.
