Santo beef is a highlight for many guests, often described as the best steak they’ve ever enjoyed. The menu also features exceptional seafood, including some of the island’s finest lobster dishes.
All fruits and vegetables are sourced directly from the local market, grown naturally without pesticides and picked daily by nearby villages, delivering full, fresh flavour in every meal.
